I found the perfect photo on social media for one of my pet portraits and was happy to get the owners permission to use her photo of Otis. He recently had surgery and now is a three legged dog! I used raw edge fabric collage and free motion quilting. Materials include quoting cottons, silk and necktie inserts. Collection of Susan Mogan
