This piece began with a piece of felt which I painted and needle felted with additional silk/wool roving. There is embroidery with silk thread and some wool was stitched on as well as stitching on the wool. It was then quilted with King Tut thread to commercial fabric with additional batting to give a relief effect. Collection of Kim Schweisberg
