Interview Your Potential Buyer
Don't immediately reject a potential commission opportunity - Do your due diligence by asking these questions:
- How much are you willing to spend?
- What size are you looking for?
- What timeframe are you looking for artwork?
- Is there a theme you want to follow?
- Are there specific colors you prefer or oppose?
- If you are providing specific materials (e.g. tee shirts, flags, personal garments, etc. - do the articles and/or images have to maintain their integrity? Can you cut them apart to incorporate into a design?
- Is there a specific style in my work that you prefer?
- Are you available for an in-person consultation? (If local)
